INTENDED USE
The fPL FIA test is intended for the quantitative determination of feline pancreatic lipase (fPL) concentration in feline serum or plasma. It is used as an aid in the evaluation of pancreatitis and in monitoring therapeutic response in cats. Results should be interpreted together with clinical signs, imaging, and other laboratory findings.
PRINCIPLE
The fPL FIA employs a double-antibody sandwich fluorescence immunoassay on a nitrocellulose membrane. Fluorescent nanomaterial-labeled anti-fPL antibodies bind fPL in the sample to form complexes that migrate and are captured by anti-fPL antibodies immobilized at the T line. The C line verifies the assay. The FIA analyzer quantifies the T/C fluorescence intensity ratio, with signal strength positively correlated to fPL concentration.
SPECIMEN
Serum or plasma (S/P). Separate serum or plasma promptly after collection; use clear, non-hemolyzed samples and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

The Veterinary Toxoplasma Antigen (TOXO Ag) Test Kit is a fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) rapid test for Toxoplasma gondii antigen in feline and canine feces. It aids detection of active parasite shedding and screening for toxoplasmosis infection.
Certificate: N/A
The Veterinary thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) Test Kit is a quantitative fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) rapid test for TSH in canine (and feline, on supported platforms) serum or plasma. It aids evaluation of thyroid function and diagnosis of hypothyroidism.

The Veterinary Thyroxine (T4) Test Kit is a quantitative fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) rapid test for total T4 in canine and feline serum or plasma. It aids screening for canine hypothyroidism and feline hyperthyroidism and monitoring of thyroid therapy.
